So You Want To Be a VFW Rider


The VFW Riders is always looking for veterans and family members to become part of the family. The easiest way to become a VFW Rider is to go to a local chapter meeting and see if we are a group which you would like to be a part of. If there isn't a VFW Rider Chapter in your area and you would like to start a chapter, then please contact our State Captain at captain@azvfwriders.com.

New Member Process

  1. Visit your local Chapter and see if this a group that you would like to be a Part of.

  2. Get invited to join by a Chapter member.
     
  3. Get voted in to your local Chapter.
     
  4. Pay the Chapter Dues.

  5. You are now a member of the family!

Membership Requirements

  • Be a Current member in good standing in the VFW, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, or the VFW Men’s Auxiliary.
     
  • Be the legally registered owner of a motorcycle of at least 500cc engine displacement and possess a valid driver's license (with motorcycle endorsement) in your state of residence (military equivalents acceptable), 
    or
     be the legal spouse  of a VFWR member in good standing within the Chapter of application.

    Please contact your local Chapter for information on becoming a member of the VFW or one of its Auxiliaries.
